update on gang tags

A little background on why I think the gang tagging is a big deal and needs to be stopped now.  When the DMI program at 12th and Chicon started showing progress some of the neighbors in Kealing, next door, express worry that this would create a vacuum for a gang to try to take over what was otherwise a disordered group of people preying on the neighborhood.  This is exactly what I do not want to see happen because they will  be harder to extract from the neighborhood.

The 311 incident number for this is 7738.  The police report number is 145001895.  The officer in charge of the investigation is William Lefevre (sp?) at 512-974-8649.  If you have any additional information that would be of use in the investigation, please call the officer in charge.  He is asking for our help.
