Hello.  I am ending my involvement with the Foster Heights website, Facebook, and Twitter.  If someone wants to pick these social medias up let me know and we can discuss userids, passwords, and procedures for using.

I will be using NextDoor.com and I encourage others to check out this social media site.  We are part of the Rosewood neighborhood group, and there is a site for Rosewood on NextDoor.com.

recent home burglaries

In the past few weeks there have been two successful and one unsuccessful burglaries of homes on S. L. Davis between Chestnut and Poquito.  There are a few things we can do to help protect ourselves.

Call the police when suspicious activity is noticed.
Pay attention to the new influx of gangs such as at S. L. Davis and Coleto.
Spray paint over any gang signs (OK to do this per Chief Acevedo).
'Harden' your homes.
Come to the next police community meeting and express your concern.
