Currently sixty-four homes bordered by 12th St on the north, Rosewood Ave. on the south, Chicon on the west and Chestnut on the east.
This site will introduce you to your neighbors, provide info and updates on city planning events and police security meetings, and give you the opportunity to express your own interests and concerns.
The city planners estimate our area will grow rapidly over the coming decade, and changes on 12th Street will include new condos, apartments, added retail space, hopefully to include a real grocery store, and aesthetic upgrades such as buried utility lines.
