Tree Triming

Davey Tree is in the neighborhood trimming trees along the Austin Energy power lines.  You have the right to ask what they plan to cut, talk to their arborist, be present when they work, have a third party present, request modifications to their plans, refuse tree removal, and even request pricing to have electric lines moved/buried. 

The company is supposed to notify homeowners prior to work, but they are trimming without notification.
