Just a heads up on two individuals roaming the neighborhood. One is a kid breaking into peoples' property via fence gates, sitting on their front porch, then asking for money for camp. Another is an older man trying to collect money for a funeral of a brother that was killed last Friday at 12th and Chicon. I don't know if the kid really wants to go to camp or not, but there was no murder last Friday at 12th and Chicon.
