To All You Wonderful Volunteers,
We want to thank you for your excellent skills during the Saturday, July 14 clean-up. Not only were
you all efficient, cheerful, and tremendously successful, but you got the job done to the tune of .... 45 Bags of Trash and 5 Pickup Trucks of Bulky Items!!
This was a first-time clean-up experience for many of you in this challenging intersection, and we would like to
compliment you all for the smooth execution and great attitude you brought with you on an early-morning, muggy summer Saturday.
Our mere presence in the area, doing what we did last weekend, is a positive step toward nurturing all of our neighborhoods and working toward the bright future of this village business district.
We would like for this to be a repeat endeavor, in order to have a continuous community presence at 12th & Chicon, so if the call comes again, please consider periodically volunteering again, so we can continue to embrace this area as a part of our community.
I've attached a few pictures, but wished I had taken more! If you have any, please share!
Best regards,
Linda Hutchins, Foster Heights Neighborhood
Edward Winston, Kealing Neighborhood
