We've seen a spike in the number of shady characters roaming the 'hood over the past couple of days (at least one of whom was toting an armload of gardening tools and looking to sell them). This influx is usually linked to a new "shipment" of drugs at 12th/Chicon, and can last a week or two. Remember to be alert and secure anything that can be easily carried off. "
